About Emily
Strength can change
your story.
I’m a strength and conditioning coach who helps people build the physical capacity, confidence, and life systems that support what matters to them.

My work is grounded in both the science of the body and the process of meaningful change.
With an M.S. and B.S. in Kinesiology, a CSCS certification, and more than 15 years in the fitness industry, I bring deep expertise in exercise science, strength training, and physical performance.
My Precision Nutrition Level 2 Master Health Coach certification has expanded that foundation to include behavior change, value-based decision-making, and the habits and life systems that make healthier choices sustainable. I am also preparing for the national board certification exam to earn the National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) credential.
Much of my career has been devoted to helping women pursue health and fitness across the lifespan—from prenatal and postpartum exercise to perimenopause, postmenopause, and returning to fitness later in life. I’m passionate about helping people adapt as their bodies, priorities, and identities evolve. That depth shapes my work, but it does not limit who I work with: I coach people who want to become stronger, move with greater confidence, and build habits and systems that fit their actual lives.
Where my work comes alive
Coaching through
change.
I’m especially passionate about helping people through transitional phases—the seasons when an old way of living no longer fits, but the next version has not fully taken shape.
That might mean having a child, returning to exercise, getting physically stronger, navigating a shifting identity, exploring the behaviors and life systems that support new priorities, reshaping a personal narrative, or changing how someone relates to their body. My role is to help people build the strength, clarity, and practical structure to move through that transition with intention.
